Design Society is a Social Shopping Network for the Fashion Industry.  Design Society was built to bring together multiple aspects of a successful fashion business. Which include Self Promotion, Networking, Learning, Idea sharing, Sales, and Marketing.  Our goal is to build on these features of the website to break through the rough communication barriers of the fashion Industry.

Design Society is based in Dallas, TX and was founded on the basis of a communications revolution.  As a graduate of a Fashion Design program at the Art Institute of Dallas, I saw first hand what the industry can be like in this day and age, how so many people's great ideas and creative projects are just gone to waste just because the individual didn’t know where to go to produce and sell their creations. I wondered why, in this technological age of digital networks and communications, is it not easy to communicate through the industry. I could see that everything is going to end up following this trend; someone just has to develop the network. So I decided to do it myself and Design Society is the result!
